Daily news roundup: March 28th 2013

Not the busiest news day, but solid enough to still make it worth our while.

Lets begin.

  • First off, we have another poster promoting Pacific Rim and its monster smashing robots. Today’s Crimson Typhoon is the best yet I feel.
  • When Matthew Vaughn stepped away from directing duties on X-Men: Days Of Future Past, many wondered what his next project would be. Well today we found out. Vaughn has agreed to direct Secret Service for Fox Studios.
  • In case you missed it last night, the new horror film from director James Wan, The Conjuring released a very creepy new poster.
  • Finally, interesting casting news here regarding Matthew McConaughey possibly getting the lead role in Christopher Nolan’s next film, Interstellar. A slightly left of centre choice, and not yet confirmed, but can anyone really say no to Nolan?
