Jason Statham is homeless in Hummingbird

I saw the trailer for Hummingbird at the cinema last night, before Side Effects (brilliant film btw) came on, and thought I would share it with all of you.

The IMDb synopsis says: “Homeless and on the run from a military court-martial, a damaged ex-special forces soldier navigating London’s criminal underworld seizes an opportunity to assume another man’s identity — transforming into an avenging angel in the process.”

Hummingbird is directed by Steven Knight and stars Jason Statham, and is due to be released on May 10th in the UK.

I like the look of this movie. It seems to have a little more emotional punch than what you would normally associate “The Stath” with, but doesn’t seem to slack on the action either.
