Daily news round up: April 4th 2013

Some varied news for today’s round up, some interesting tidbits and some very unfortunate news too.

Lets begin.

  • A new poster has emerged for World War Z, it’s nowhere near as cool as the last one we saw but does manage to show off some of the mass destruction we are in for.
  • Marvel has finally released their 10 disc set for Phase One of their cinematic universe and with it is a ton of different outtakes and even an alternate ending to Iron Man 2, some of which you can see here.
  • The new Ninja Turtles movie, to be directed by Jonathan Liebesman, has finally started shooting ahead of it’s 2014 summer release.
  • Finally, and by far the saddest news of the day is that Roger Ebert has passed away. Ebert has been the top critic for the Chicago Sun-Times since 1967. A true legend who will be sadly missed. R.I.P Sir.
