After teasing us with several posters and those really annoying 15-second trailers, Warner Bros. have finally unveiled the first look at Zack Snyder’s Justice League.

It’s a good trailer and does what it needs to do. By that, it introduces the main players that we will be seeing in the film and has a heavy focus on Jason Mamoa’s Aquaman. There are also shots of supporting characters such as Lois Lane, Commisioner Gordon and a brief shot of The Flash’s Dad in prison.

There’s a nice sense of humour here and the colour palette seems to have been used more so than Man of Steel or BvS. There’s also action and plenty of it, but don’t ask me who or what the Justice League are meant to be fighting.

“Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat.  But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”

Justice League is in cinemas 17 November.
